Hi there!  There's a new, super cool and refreshing salad recipe on the blog today: Cucumber Radish Salad with Garlic Lime Tahini & Basil This cucumber radish salad took me on a bit of a journey in the test runs, but I'm glad that we wound up here. It's super refreshing and (as usual) a total flavor party. Every bite is crisp, fresh, creamy, nutty, salty, a little toasty-spicy, and tangy too. It only takes about 30 minutes to make with the mandoline doing a majority of the work. This salad is EXTRA nice for all the folks in the heat wave zone this week.
