Spinach Muffins Prep time: 10 minutes Cook time: 23 minutes Serves: 12 muffins Ingredients: 4 eggs 2 cups spinach ⅓ cup tahini ⅓ cup milk 2 tbsp maple syrup 1 tsp apple cider vinegar ½ cup coconut flour ½ tsp baking soda ½ tsp baking powder ¼ tsp salt ½ cup chocolate chips, plus more for topping Directions:
