It’s funny that I have a job I adore, it’s the middle of summer and here I am still feeling like Friday is special. Is this because it’s ingrained in us as a child, through school?! I mean, I will forever live on a school schedule. My brain is wired that way. But really. This week - back from vacation - felt like a first real week of summer! Hot as heck, kids camps, constant snacks and more. I did the most fun Easy Everyday event at a local bakery space last night that was a blast. I can’t believe this book has been out for two months already. It’s so fun to see it through your eyes. Sometimes I just can’t believe that I have four cookbooks out in the world. It doesn’t seem real! In a world ripe with imposter syndrome, comparison traps and constant validation, it stuns me to think that I’ve written these books in a decade!
