I kind of forgot to note down the name of this sushi but from the photos on the web site I deduce that it is either amberjack or red seabream...we'll never know. I do miss this conveyor belt sushi place in kyoto though...had the most unforgettable sushi ever that makes me drool when I remember it even today!
