I don't know when I started liking deep-fried milk but that's irrelevant. What's interesting is that this was served at a "Korean" restaurant while (I believe) it is a Cantonese dim sum dish...hmmm. Doesn't really matter, just ordered it for the "why not" factor and it was decent, alright.
