The Keto diet is popular these days. But in my opinion, it isn't health giving. Why? It's because I had a negative experience with that. I almost died from a ruptured appendix while on the original Keto diet in the early nineteen eighties. I would never recommend eating a high protein, high fat and low carb diet. To me that's just not our natural diet we should be eating for best health and longevity.
