Hi Reader,
I ask all my clients, "If you could look into a crystal ball and see yourself in 3-6 months, what would you see?"
Looking back over the past year, let me show you what **I** see (right click to download the pictures).
| | | | I see myself physically and emotionally drained. Tired of not fitting in my pants, more tired of chasing quick fixes and believing in things that sounded too good to be true.
| | | | I see a woman committed to the change, even if it's slow. She made a commitment to 12 weeks and she's got her head down, focused on her daily habits. Nothing else worked, so she had nothing to lose.
| | | | I see a woman who is stronger, leaner, confident, and proud of herself for not quitting. She's also scared that this was a fluke and that she'll gain back the 11lbs and 12 inches that she lost.
| | | | I see a woman who isn't afraid to look at herself naked in the mirror. She's still adjusting to success. Did she really do that? Did her science-driven method actually work? Why didn't she do this sooner?!?! | | | | I see a woman chasing strong. She's not trying to be her skinniest self. She's well-fed, feels good, sleeps well, and has energy throughout the day. She's less food focused and improving her relationship with the scale. | | | | I see a woman who was nervous to be out of town for a week with extended family at Thanksgiving, not in control of food options, but who came out the other side realizing she could do this. She enjoyed the foods she loved, skipped the ones she didn't, and didn't ruin her progress by eating a lot of pecan pie. | | | | I see a woman who is strong. She's fighting peri-menopause with muscle, and she's maintained her shape from last Spring. She's made this a lifestyle, but her journey isn't over yet. She's excited and hopeful about the shape of her body, and she looks forward to the plans she has ahead for herself.
She hopes to be a role model for her daughter, to stop the cycle of trying to be skinny all the time and instead, try to be your healthiest self.
But here's the thing… my results aren't unique.
The system I used is the same system I teach in NOURISHED+STRONG and graduates are losing weight, gaining confidence, and thriving in the season of life they're in.
Do me a favor – ask yourself, where do you want to be in 6 months from now?
Do you want to look back and regret saying no?
Or do you want to look back and be thankful you said yes?
NOURISHED+STRONG teaches you what foods to eat to feel your best, how much to eat to meet your goals, and how to live your life while eating the foods you love.

❤️🔥 As someone who's been in the alternative healthy & wellness space for decades, I'm consistently eating better & moving more intentionally daily than I ever have in my life and those effects have also spilled over into my family as they watch and join in the habits I'm building, and my tolerance for the stresses of life increase. I'm not only improving my physical health, but my spiritual, emotional & mental health as well. Sara M.
Psst!! Sara just finished her first round of fat loss with me and she's down 10+ pounds!!!
