Posting this entry as the final part of the tofu mini-series because "soy milk hot pot" is translated as something similar to "tofu hot pot" in Chinese - all soy-based, so we get it. This was almost five years ago and my first time trying soy milk hot pot, or "tonyu nabe". It was definitely nice to have a change from the heavily spicy version of Chinese hot pot and enjoy some light flavour, especially during the cold Christmas season 😉
