Easy, satisfying, and most are ready in about 30 minutes! Fun Fact: About 2 years ago I started really paying attention to protein and I aim for at least 100 grams a day. Prior to that, I was maybe getting 50 grams. Since I've been paying attention to protein, I just feel better, my body functions better, my hair and nails are stronger, my skin glows from the inside out, and overall it's been such a positive change. I get my protein from lean sources and really don't use protein powders regularly.
