How are things going for you lately? Are you still feeling fired up and ready to crush all the changes you've planned?

Honestly? I've felt all of the above...and it's only Wednesday.
The truth is, not too long ago, I was in the zoneโworking out 4-5 times a week, eating clean, feeling amazing. ๐

My routine got knocked completely off track.

๐ Healthy eating? Let's just say by Friday, I couldn't even spell "willpower."

The trick isn't to be perfect. The trick is to KEEP GOING.
Yesterday, I dragged myself to my basement. I hopped on the treadmillโand let me tell you, it felt like I had bricks tied to my feet.
It was discouraging.
I could barely run. I lasted about 40 minutes...and only 10 of those were actually running. ๐ฉ
I texted my husband:
"It was a rough morning. I could barely run."
He texted back:
"Keep going. You'll get back into your routine soon enough."
And he was right.
Today? I still didn't feel 100%...but I ran a little more than yesterday.
I kept going.
That's it. That's the secret.
10+ years of progress? It's not because I'm perfect. It's because I kept going.
I've lost 40 pounds...gained some back...lost again...gained again...and through it all:
I never stopped moving forward.

- If your eating has been off โ Write out a simple meal plan and a grocery list.
- If your mornings feel chaotic โ Make a quick nighttime checklist to set yourself up for a better start.
One small step at a time. One day at a time.
