Here are the most common questions we get about the CFC 30-Day Clean Eating Challenge!

1.  Is your plan expensive?

No.  It is usually either cost-neutral or saves people money.

2.  Can I stay anonymous without you sharing my picture?

ABSOLUTELY! The only client pictures I share are with the full permission of our MANY happy clients!!!

3.  I love food!  Will I be drinking shakes all day?

I love food too!  The reason I created CFC was that I was sick of being restricted by everyone else's plans/starvation diets.

We eat every 2-3 hours from the time we wake up until the time we go to sleep.

If you want a shake, you can certainly have one, and recipes are included for a dozen smoothies.

We focus on providing you with a lot of recipes to make complete meals with real food.  (Instead of tons of packaged mixes and pre-made factory food.)

4. Are there supplements required?

No.

5. Do I have to exercise?

Not at first, unless you want to.  

Exercise is a component of our list of healthy habits! 

BUT not required.

We encourage our members to take at least a daily 30-minute walk. 

6. What's your success rate?  How about long-term?

We have a very high rate of long-term success. (This isn't some yo-yo diet plan)

We have a 98% satisfaction rate spanning over 11 years. 

The clients I can’t help are those who quit too soon!  

Many clients say they wish they had started sooner when they begin to have success during week one!!!

7. I mostly eat clean-ish, do I even need this?
