🔔 You’re cutting it close, but it’s not too late

Registration for the Spring 2025 cohort of NOURISHED+STRONG closes in just a few hours.

I'm beyond excited to work closely with these women who are ready to feel good in peri-menopause, lose weight they've been carrying around for too long, and to feed themselves WELL instead of picking leftovers off their kids' plates.

NOURISHED+STRONG teaches you what foods to eat to feel your best, how much to eat to meet your goals, and how to live your life while eating the foods you love.

Thank you for being a loyal follower of Crumbs, and even if my new program isn't a good fit for you right now, I hope I'm able to inspire you and serve you well.
