Hello everyone - the weekend has arrived! I feel like it's a good one for pikelets - when was the last time you made them?? I always think of pikelets as the faster scone - same cosy homemade afternoon tea vibes served with jam and cream, but much faster to make with a lot less mess. Enjoy! - Nagi x
