Below you will find all of my favorite Easter recipes. Our Easter menu changes quite a bit from year to year, but we always have a glazed ham, lots of sides, homemade rolls, and a few desserts.

Brunch
Eggs Benedict Casserole is a wonderful make-ahead breakfast casserole made with English muffins, Canadian bacon, eggs, asparagus, and Hollandaise sauce. This easy recipe gets rave reviews!
Easter Egg Bread is light and buttery with dyed eggs baked right in. Top with some sprinkles and a sweet glaze for a wonderful Easter bread.
Resurrection Rolls are so easy to make with crescent roll dough and marshmallows. Also known as Empty Tombs, these Easter rolls represent the empty tomb following the resurrection of Jesus.
Carrot Cake Pancakes with Cream Cheese Glaze and toasted walnuts make a decadent Spring breakfast. They'd be perfect for an Easter brunch.
Appetizers
Country Ham Relish is a creamy, sweet and salty spread that makes a delicious southern appetizer when spread on crackers or celery sticks.
Love deviled eggs, but looking for something a little out of the ordinary? If you are a fan of pepper jelly, you will no doubt love these Red Pepper Jelly Deviled Eggs with Bacon.
Crock Pot Spinach Artichoke Dip is an easy, hands-off party appetizer that tastes great served with homemade pita chips, Frito corn chips, tortilla chips, crackers, or even veggie sticks.
Sides
Carrot Raisin Salad is a colorful potluck salad with a crunchy texture and a sweet flavor. This retro favorite is definitely one of the best ways to eat carrots.
Southern Ambrosia Salad is a creamy and sweet fruit salad flavored with shredded coconut. Recipes for it vary a great deal but it is a regular on the table for holidays like Easter and Christmas.
Scalloped Potato Casserole has plenty of cheese flavor from a blend of two cheeses. On top, torn pieces of bread soak up the creamy sauce and bake up fabulously crispy and golden.
Creamy Pea Salad is a great potluck and bbq side for pea lovers. With just a few ingredients and a few minutes of time, a bag of frozen peas gets turned into a super flavorful vegetable side.
A Grape Salad may sound a little strange, but it is positively addictive! So creamy and sweet and perfect for Easter!
Pineapple Pretzel Fluff is so cool and creamy with salty, crunchy bits of pretzel mixed in. It is the ultimate sweet and salty treat.
A creamy and rich Asparagus Casserole with fresh asparagus and a crunchy fried onion topping is the perfect spring casserole and would be a great addition to your Easter menu.
Pineapple Casserole is the ultimate sweet and savory casserole. Both crushed pineapple and pineapple chunks are combined with sugar, cheddar cheese, and a buttery and crispy Ritz cracker topping.
Is it a side salad or a dessert salad? It's either! Watergate Salad breaks all the rules. It's a crazy delicious concoction of pistachio pudding, Cool Whip, pineapple, and marshmallows.
Super Creamy Mac and Cheese is insanely rich and delicious. One taste and you will be hooked. Whether eaten as a side or a main dish, this is a recipe you will want to make over and over.
These are The Best Yeast Rolls and they turn out perfect every time. With just the right amount of sweetness, these homemade rolls taste heavenly slathered with butter.
Main
Bourbon and Coke Glazed Ham is one of the most delicious hams you will ever eat and is perfect for Easter. This ham has so much great southern flavor.
Slow Cooker Brown Sugar and Cola Glazed Ham- this ham is so tender, delicious, and wonderfully flavored after cooking in the crock pot all day. Only 5 ingredients and 5 minutes of prep time needed to make this amazing holiday ham.
Desserts
The moistness and flavor of this Mama Dip's Carrot Cake can't be beat. This carrot cake has a super creamy cream cheese frosting and the crunch of toasted walnuts. This really is the best carrot cake and it makes a wonderful Easter dessert.
Coconut Celebration Cake has three layers of tender, mouth-watering cake with a creamy coconut filling and a luscious coconut frosting. It's much easier to make than your typical coconut layer cake.
Hummingbird Cake is a dense and moist southern cake flavored with bananas, pineapple, and cinnamon and covered in a rich cream cheese frosting topped with toasted pecans.
Old-Fashioned Buttermilk Pie is a classic, traditional southern pie. It's simple and made from regular ingredients, but it tastes so good. Buttermilk Pie is creamy, sweet heaven. It's one of my very favorite pies.
An Old-Fashioned Chocolate Meringue Pie with a rich custard filling, a light and airy meringue and a tender pie crust always brings back memories of childhood. Nothing beats homemade pie just like grandma's pie.
Wishing you a very Happy Easter!!
