An Ultra Delicious & Nutritious Spin on the traditional Caesar.
This dressing is so tangy and fresh-tasting, that I could pour it on top of everything! (hint: make extra dressing!)
As a member of the cruciferous vegetable family, Brussels sprouts are packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that support overall health and wellness.
But this salad is more than just a healthy meal – it’s a flavorful and satisfying experience!
Our homemade Caesar dressing is made with fresh garlic, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard, giving it a bright and tangy taste that complements the earthy sweetness of the Brussels sprouts. (No anchovies found here…)
And let’s not forget the all-important crunch! Our homemade croutons are made with sprouted Ezekiel bread, healthy oil, and a pinch of sea salt, adding a satisfying texture to each bite.
My suggestion is to make extra croutons as they are fantastic on top of tomato soup as well!
