Bua Thai

Bua Thai has been in business since 2008 and I finally got in to check them out! Nestled on the side of a strip mall in Poway, the restaurant is cozy, comfortable and welcoming. Decor is artful yet minimal. I ordered one of my favorite dishes, Pad Thai Noodles. It was prepared in the traditional fashion with tamarind sauce, eggs, bean sprouts and ground peanuts. You can order it with your desired proteins; I simply requested chicken. The dish was among the finer versions I've had and such a generous portion. They nailed my requested spice level too. I really appreciate that. Service was thoughtful and genuine. I will certainly be back soon!
