I treated myself to HelloFresh meals each week in December (I typically get them every other week at the most to save money). I often reach stress-cry-level overwhelm in December, and knew this would help me. I'll be doing it again next year for sure.
I love getting tips from friends on what to read, watch, try, and listen to--preferably over coffee or lunch. So I hope this feels a little bit like that. π
Make: I made this Christmas Feta for a dinner party appetizer recently and it was a huge hit! So easy too. I served it alongside plain pita chips and apple/pear slices (but everyone chose the pita chips and not the fruit, FYI).
Watch: "Later Daters" and the new season of "The Great British Baking Show" on Netflix is the feel-good programming I need right now. We're watching the (decidedly darker) new season of "Silo" as a family on Apple TV.

Subscribe: Caroline Chamber's Substack What to Cook When You Don't Feel Like Cooking. I love her approach so much I upgraded to the paid version. She has so many good recipe ideas.
Wishing you and your family a peaceful holiday season. I'll see you on the other side of Christmas week!
Best,
Sally
ps: I am all about eating my holiday favorites, but I also don't want to feel sluggish and overstuffed all month long. I wrote about 6 Healthy Habits That Help Me Through The Holidays for Plan to Eat.
