Happy weekend, AK fam! And hello from Minneapolis! I have two amazing stops here this weekend on my book tour and I'm excited to keep seeing all of your smiling faces in person. Thank you SO much for all of the support during my pub week. It has been such a blast seeing you already cook from my cookbook. Whether or not you've gotten it yet, I wanted to share a recipe for every meal of the day from the cookbook that I think you'll LOVE. Deliciousness all day long! Upcoming cities on my book tour!As I mentioned, I'm in Minnesota this weekend for the next stop of my book tour, but I still have 6 more tour stops after that where I'll be signing your book, taking selfies, and answering any Q's you have!
Cook each meal of the day from my cookbookBreakfast: Blissful Blueberry High-Protein Pancakes or Waffles I just made these blueberry pancakes for Drew Barrymore (watch here!) and she LOVED them, so I know you will, too! They're packed with protein, fiber, tons of nutrients, and the batter can be made into either pancakes OR waffles. Find them on page 40 of my cookbook! Lunch: Superfood Broccoli Salad with Grains, Nuts and Seeds This gorgeous, crunchy, flavorful salad is probably my favorite one in the cookbook. I even made a YouTube video to show you exactly how to make it! It's loaded with veggies, farro, almonds, sweet dates, and salty feta cheese. Obsessed. Go to page 70 of my cookbook to prep this one. Appetizer: Sizzlin' Hot Jalapeno Corn Dip When the cookbook team and I shot photos of this dip we could NOT stop digging in. I mean, does it get any better than bubbly, cheesy, spicy corn dip? I think not. Grab tortilla chips, veggies, crackers, or a spoon and get dipping! This perfect game day appetizer is on page 144 of my cookbook. Dinner: Morroccan-Inspired Chicken Meatball Bowls with Whipped Feta Yogurt Sauce and Couscous You know I had to include a few epic meatball recipes in my cookbook and if you're going to start with one, start with THIS. Juicy, perfectly spiced meatballs over tender couscous with fresh herbs, dried fruit, and a drizzle of my famous whipped feta yogurt sauce. Dinner is served on page 184 of my cookbook. Dessert: Little Debras aka Double Strawberry Oatmeal Cream Pies Did you catch me make these adorable sandwich cookies on YouTube last week? They're my incredible, strawberry take on Little Debbies and they're Tony's favorite dessert in the cookbook. Enjoy as is, dip them in chocolate, or make ice cream sandwiches! The most fun dessert ever on page 254 of my cookbook. I'm SO excited for you to start cooking these at home! If you haven't yet, grab your copy of my cookbook HERE and dig in. |
