Here in NC we had a rainy week with some cooler days, but my family back in IL was broiling in the upper 80s! Here are a few recipes to get you through next week, no matter the weather! I've pulled out a few of my favorite slow cooker meals! ​Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Chili- fix it and forget it with this easy weeknight dinner! ​Slow Cooker Pizza Soup- my version is loaded with pepperoni, sausage and cheese...but you can customize it for your favorite pizza toppings! ​Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken- this one is a family favorite! ​Slow Cooker Sweet Chili Chicken- the tangy flavor of this one is perfect for kids and adults! ​Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Dip- hearty enough for dinner (serve it on hawaiian rolls) or as a party dip! ​Slow Cooker Hot Fudge Cake- dessert can be made in the crockpot too!
