The restaurant itself is nice looking and spacious. Service was quite unremarkable and lackluster. Chips were very institutional tasting but that salsa was outstanding. Tasted fresh and house made with quite the kick. Definitely a stand out, that I can tell you. I ordered the Quesabirria Tacos and they were excellent! Just as good as SoCal. They were properly grilled in fresh corn tortillas and stacked with a generous amount of flavorful, tender beef birria and melty asadero cheese; plus onions and cilantro. The side consommΓ© was rich and delicious. It was all so beautifully plated. | | | |
