That is definitely a good sign. Moonstone Beach Bar & Grill was certainly among the dining highlights of our trip. A beautiful restaurant inside, but being on the beach we enjoyed a table on their spacious patio. Service was most thoughtful and professional. Fantastic views of the coast line abound. The margaritas here were definitely the best in the region. Sadly no draft beer, only bottled. For dinner I started with a cup of clam chowder. By far among the best I've put in my mouth! Highly recommended if you ever visit. A very nice balance of clams, bacon, etc. in a rich and hearty chowder. Not excessive with the taters which I appreciate. I selected Fish & Chips for my main and was not disappointed. Four nice pieces of fresh tasting fried fish that was breaded rather than battered. The fries were hot, crisp and well seasoned. The only thing missing was a nice coleslaw on the side. | | | |
