Make it happen!
Hi there,
I grew up having green salad almost every night with dinner.
Back in the 80s, it was iceberg lettuce (natch) with Italian dressing my mom mixed up using a packet of Good Seasons.
Dinner salads are something I continue with my family.
Ours are pretty basic: lettuce, shredded carrots, sometimes chopped peppers and cucumbers, occasionally homemade croutons if I've had an epic bread fail and am trying to salvage the loaf!
But believe me, my kids weren't born salad eaters--and my husband took some time to warm up too.
Tap below to read how I got them on board (and you can too):
Warmly,
Sally
