- Breakfast Bowls- a satisfying savory breakfast.
- Easy Quinoa Salad- I make this one all of the time.
- Roasted Vegetables- I roast a bunch of veggies every week to use in salads, bowls, tacos, pasta, etc.
- Simple Salad- serve with any meal, it's a winner!
- Citrus Salad- citrus is so good right now!
- Lentil Salad- hearty and healthy!
- Greek Chicken Bowls- enjoy for lunch or dinner!
- Chickpea Curry- such a good quick and easy weeknight meal.
- Easy Black Bean Soup- serve cornbread on the side.
- Beef Stir Fry- lots of colorful veggies!
- Turkey Tacos- perfect for Taco Tuesday!
- Chicken Pot Pie Soup- If you like our chicken pot pie, you will love the soup too!
