I love ox tongue and so this ox tongue dish was a must-have during a dinner gathering with friends. It was rather pricy for its small portion - five or six slices - but the taste was worth the price. I thought it was a white sauce underneath the meat but it turned out to be super smooth and flavourful mashed potatoes, which well accompanies and perhaps even accentuated the already amazing ox tongue!
