Light on chopping, heavy on flavour ✔️
I've created 5 different chili recipes over the years on both the site and in my cookbook, but have never attempted a classic "meaty" vegan chili. This one is so savoury and satisfying.
We get away with only 30 minutes of cooking time because of a few mega flavour bombs: chopped veggie sausages (weird but amazing I promise you), Tamari, tomato paste, and fire-roasted diced tomatoes. I really appreciate the light chopping with this dinner!
