Sick season is still around and I keep getting questions about delicious and healing soups that I have. So, this week, I'm sharing a recipe that your body needs, my Detox Chicken and Kale Soup. - Onion
- Garlic
- Carrots
- Celery
- Organic Chicken Breasts
- Organic Chicken Stock or Bone Broth
- Kale
- Fresh Ginger
- Fresh Lemon
- Salt and Pepper
- Fresh Parsley
