[RFR Day 2] Ingredients to Avoid

Today is DAY 2 of the Real Food Rebook 10-Day Challenge.

Here's what to do:


  1. Watch today's lesson on Facebook. OR on the Replay page.
  2. Eliminate TEN foods that contain the ingredients to avoid.
  3. Complete the Real Food Reboot Day 2 Check-In Form for additional accountability.
  4. Report back to the Facebook Group and check-in with your buddy.
