NEW! Recipe Testing: Cookbook Edition 📚

​ ​ ​ Hi reader, I just published another Recipe Testing post! As you know, every recipe on my website goes through multiple rounds of testing. It's no different for the recipes that will be in my upcoming cookbook, so I thought it would be fun to show you some behind-the-scenes and sneak peeks. 📚 Cookbook Recipe Testing: ​ Inside today's sneak peek post, you'll see that I finished the Breakfast/Brunch chapter and also completed the Cookies, Yeast Breads, & Muffins/Quick Breads chapters. I'm still working on the Pies chapter and the Cakes chapter is next. 🍪 This will be my biggest cookbook yet with 100+ fully photographed and meticulously tested recipes. The book will be published in 2025. I'm still working on my manuscript, and my big cookbook photoshoot is this spring. I promise it'll be worth the wait! 😉 ​Read more here. P.S.
