9 ingredients, 30 minutes, crunchy tofu perfection!
After mentioning it a few times in my Saturday Sun posts, I had some requests to share this simple and crispy air fryer tofu recipe. It's great for adding crunch to bowls and salads!
I find that cooking vegan food at home can lead to a "soft food fatigue" sometimes. This simple protein-packed addition really helps. I hardly prepare tofu any other way now! There's one simple pre-air fryer step that I have you go through (it's not tofu pressing) that makes a big difference.
