Creamy, tangy, comforting, and loaded with vegetables.
I always post a soup recipe to kick off the new year on the blog. This broccoli dill pickle soup with white beans & potatoes takes about 1 hour to make and is loaded up with pantry-friendly ingredients.
This recipe's journey started as a fridge clean out meal in all honesty. I'm glad we could get it tested and posted for you today. It's super hearty with all the veg and beans, but still comforting. For the lovers of pickles and all things creamy, tangy, and dill-y, it's a winner.
A cozy pot fit for cold nights. Enjoy! ❄️ | | | | | Be well and happy cooking! Laura
