It's that time of year when the Girl Scouts are selling those addictive little cookies. And while you can choose to buy them (or not), one thing is for sure...there are never enough Thin Mints in a package to make me happy.
So, what's a girl to do? How about make a dessert that has all the flavor of a thin mint...in a treat that goes a LONG WAY!
