| dce88 January 28 | I rarely order swordfish, but when I do it is so satisfying and delicious. A nice grilled swordfish steak has a firm, meaty texture and is not at all "fishy". I recently enjoyed this wonderful dish at The Brigantine at Portside Pier in San Diego. It included an excellent parmesan risotto and broccolini. Brigantine Seafood is part of a small family of wonderful restaurants in San Diego. The first location opened on Shelter Island in 1969. Since then, they have earned a reputation of being home to some of San Diego's finest seafood. From the moment you walk in the door, you always feel like family at "The Brig". | | | |
