Hi reader!
My kids are back in school and the refrigerator is stocked with healthy foods — it's time to get back into a post-holiday routine. I AM SO EXCITED!
Ahem. That is to say, as much as I love the holidays, I'm a creature of habit and love a predictable routine structured around healthy habits (which doesn't include a handful of Christmas Crunch as a post-lunch snack! π)
That said, I'm filling my weekly menu with these high protein breakfasts, veggie-packed lunches, and cozy yet healthy dinners. Will you join me?
