Suggestion for something to make from Dinner - Crispy Pan Seared Salmon! This is from a chapter called "What I Do With...." where I provide my go-to recipe for what I do with a piece of chicken breast, salmon, fish, steak etc and my back-pocket sauces for each. :-) With salmon, if it's cooked well so the surface is a nice even golden colour (as pictured below) but the flesh inside is still juicy, then honestly, you need nothing more than a sprinkle of salt and squeeze of lemon!
