When you need a dessert for a special occasion, like a birthday, what do you do?

- It only takes 15 minutes to assemble! You'll need to give it some time in the freezer before it's ready to serve, but you won't spend hours in the kitchen.
- This cake involves layering ice cream sandwiches, ice cream, and crushed Oreo cookies. It doesn't taste like a store-bought ice cream cake - but I'd argue it tastes even better!
- You can easily swap traditional Oreos for one of the fun flavors they make - mint, birthday cake, or whatever you like!
