As we gear up for the back-to-school hustle, there's something undeniably comforting about revisiting classic dishes. Take stuffed peppers, for instance – now, that's a throwback! In my take, I've jazzed up the traditional version by adding Southwestern spices, perfectly balancing the bell peppers' sweetness. The finishing touch is a generous layer of melted Cheddar on top, which kicks up the comfort a cheesy notch. Serve with cornbread and dinner is done!
