PS Today's recipe is from the cookbook cutting room floor, a casualty from a last minute decision to cut out a curry chapter. My team and I worked extra hard on this because it was intended for print - and once a recipe is printed, there ain't no changing it! 😂 We're really proud of it because it was a hard one to create and especially to test. I hope you love it as much as we do!
Suggestion for something to make from Dinner - Hokkien Mee! Straight from the streets of Malaysia. You will LOVE the crispy pork bits. Gosh, I tried so many different cuts of pork before I landed on the final version! This one's perfect for a weekend - it's a little more special than midweek quick stir fries.

Life of Dozer
Everybody was so quick to blame Dozer when unpleasant smells were wafting through the house. Turns out, it was a giant pile of compost spread over the whole backyard of the neighbouring construction site!! Poor Dozer. 😂
