| Happy weekend, friends! Now that it's June I think we can officially call it summer. Let's celebrate with aaall of the fresh summer produce, backyard BBQs, park and beach days, and dreams of my favorite peach crisp recipe. Okay, it's a little early for peaches but you get the picture. Mark your calendars for June's Recipe of the Month! This week's menu has one of my go-to summer salads, the epic smoothie I shared a couple of weeks back, and plenty more delicious eats. Take a scroll through, plan your menu, and enjoy! 5 recipes to cook this week Breakfast: High Protein Peanut Butter Banana Overnight Oats These ultra creamy overnight oats pack tons of protein and healthy fats thanks to yogurt, chia seeds & peanut butter. Make a couple of jars for the week and enjoy quick breakfasts on-the-go.  Lunch: Spicy Ranch Chopped Chicken Cabbage Salad One of my all-time fav salads filled with colorful, crunchy veggies, juicy grilled (or baked) chicken, and a homemade spicy Greek yogurt ranch dressing. This one is perfect for meal prep -- no soggy salads here!  Snack: Cherry Lime Smoothie If you love cherry limeade get ready to be blown away by the flavors in this smoothie. I shared it a couple of weeks ago and seriously can't stop making it. It's made with 6 simple ingredients and is such a refreshing snack for summer.  Dinner: Incredible Slow Cooker Pulled Chicken Sandwiches Hellooo easiest chicken sandwiches that are great for feeding a whole family or a party. Throw everything right in your slow cooker for simple prep and then top these sammies with a fresh, sweet & tangy cabbage slaw!  Dessert: Paleo Zucchini Banana Bread Bars I made these incredible bars back in 2017 (omg) and almost forgot how delicious they were. They're grain free and taste like a cross between banana bread and a fudgy blondie. Don't forget that chocolate drizzle!
