OMG reader!
Yesterday was such a monumental day for me. My firstborn graduated from high school! I'm still in disbelief. I know it sounds clichรฉ, but seriously, it feels like just yesterday she was starting kindergarten. ๐ญ
It was a rollercoaster of emotions—I couldn't stop crying (happy tears, of course) because I'm bursting with pride for Emma. She's absolutely incredible, and I can't wait to see what she achieves in life. ๐❤️
Speaking of big news, I also made a huge announcement yesterday: Organize Yourself Skinny is now Reset & Flourish. Can you believe it? I didn't plan for the timing to coincide with my daughter's graduation, but hey, I guess it's symbolic. Both of my babies grew up and evolved on the same day! ๐✨

Let's talk progress for this month, shall we? ๐
1️⃣ We crushed the smoothie challenge! It was incredibly helpful to get that spark of motivation for summer. ๐ฅค
2️⃣ I've been pretty consistent with my mason jar salads. They're a lifesaver, but I did have a couple of weeks where I slacked off, and boy, did I feel the difference.
3️⃣ My 60-mile-a-month walking challenge is still going strong since April. Walking may not be super intense, but it's my go-to for mental health. After a 3-5 mile walk, I feel like a million bucks. Oh, and a bonus perk: my clothes are fitting better! ๐ถ♀️
4️⃣ I'll be honest, though. I still haven't found the motivation to incorporate strength training into my routine. That's a major goal for me this summer. ๐ช
Let's shift our focus to this week's goals, shall we?
Here's the plan:
1️⃣ Stick to my smoothies, salads, and walking routine. Can't mess with a good thing!
2️⃣ Add in more low-carb dinners because they make me feel amazing.
3️⃣ And, oh yeah, I'm committing to two days of strength training. Let's do this!
