Hey there reader!
Can you believe we're already at the end of May? Time just flies by, doesn't it? π ⏰ But hey, the good news is that summer is just around the corner, and we've got a lot of exciting things coming up!
First off, let's talk about the school year. We're in the home stretch now, and June is jam-packed with awesome events. We've got recitals, graduations, and for me, the big one: getting my daughter ready to leave for college. π±π It's both exciting and bittersweet, but we're ready to embrace this new chapter.
In addition to all the school buzz, I've been working like crazy on the new Reset & Flourish Program. It's almost finished, and the closer I get to completion, the more thrilled I am to share it with all of you. I'm aiming to have it ready by the middle or end of June—fingers crossed for the middle, but we'll see how it goes! π€
While we wait for the program to be polished and shiny, I have a little treat for you. Drumroll, please... π₯
π Starting Monday, June 5th, I'll be hosting a live smoothie challenge! But wait, there's a twist this time! Instead of signing up separately, if you're already on my list, you're automatically in! If you'd rather not join the smoothie fun, simply click here to opt-out.
Now, why am I changing things up? Well, in the past, some folks were disappointed to have missed out on the challenges, so I thought this new approach might work better.

Alright, let's take a quick look at the progress we've made this week, shall we? π
✅ I stayed committed to my smoothies and mason jar salads all week! Who needs a dull lunch when you can have a colorful and delicious jar of goodness, right? π₯
✅ Admittedly, I didn't get around to my meal prep until Monday, but I powered through and got it done! πͺ
✅ For three nights, I enjoyed some lowish-carb dinners, and on the other days, I enjoyed in the portion-controlled freezer meals I made over a month ago. π½️
✅ I walked 3-4 miles five times this week. Talk about racking up those steps! I even managed to squeeze in some light toning exercises. πͺ
I must say, I'm feeling pretty darn good about my habits these past few weeks. π It's amazing what a little dedication and consistency can do for your overall well-being.
