Hi friends!
Just popping in to share the most recent recipes with you all, along with a few of my other favorites. This weekend includes grocery shopping, laundry, hopefully finishing my book (It Begins at the End) and getting Italian food for dinner tonight because I've been craving pasta. Oh, and of course a little weekend baking!
I hope you have an amazing weekend!
These 30-minute greek chicken meatballs are full of so much delicious Mediterranean flavor. They're super easy to make and just so happen to be gluten free and Whole30. Give them a try!
Almond Flour Chocolate Cookies
These soft cookie are so unbelievably chocolatey and melt in your mouth with each bite. The chocolate chips really add to the cookies and make them even more decadent. Top with some flaked sea salt for that extra bit of flavor!
These pancakes are so incredibly delicious with that extra bit of protein from the yogurt on top. If you're looking for that classic banana pancake but with a little twist, this recipe is for you!
This chicken thigh recipe is so crispy and delicious. Ready to eat in 25 minutes. Get ready for a quick but juicy meal in no time!
Italian Chicken Sausage Pasta
I know I just said my favorite way to cook chicken is in the slow cooker (and it is!), but most often, I cook it on the stovetop. This skillet version cooks chicken completely in a skillet, so you only have one dish to wash afterward. Win!
These brownies are SO fudgy and have that classic crackled top. These are easily one of my absolute favorite brownie recipes and just so happen to have that extra twist to them by having avocado in them. So luscious and chocolatey!
If you make any of these recipes, be sure to leave a comment and star rating on the blog and let me know what you think – I love hearing from you!
