I am finally sharing my Chicken Pot Pie recipe!! You guyssss...this recipe is everything! The perfect filling consistency and flavor. All from scratch...absolute comfort food! It took me a bit to perfect this one, because I have a very specific idea of what pot pie SHOULD be. Not too runny, not too thick, all homemade with the perfect balance of chicken to veggies. I think I nailed it and I hope you make it too!
