Change your relationship with food!

For many of us the kids are either back in school, or about to be.  

My youngest just started High School last week... and after crying for about 2 hours, I realized something. . .

I'll be the first one to admit that we may have enjoyed ourselves and the local Utah restaurants a little bit too much this Summer.

First of all, making our Own Meals can help us Reduce Inflammation and even Lose Weight... but only if you know what to make!
