Treating COVID-19 illness promptly can help prevent serious illness and hospitalization, especially in those who are older or in poor health. Treatment information and locator More than 1,502,000 people have now been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in Mississippi, and more than 541,700 have received boosters or third vaccine doses. Vaccination benefits you even if you have already had COVID-19. Fully vaccinated individuals with boosters have the highest protection against severe illness and death from COVID-19.
