I appreciate any constructive feedback ☺️ ✨ Anmitsu Yokan ✨ ​ Girl's day festival "Hinamatsuri" is around the corner so I made Anmitsu Yokan for celebrating this year. It is a hybrid of classic Japanese sweets of Anmitsu and Yokan. The pretty visuals of this sweet suits the girls day celebration. What I am up to... ​ I am moving to Tasmania very soon. We bought a cherry orchard there so I am busy packing my house in Queensland (downstairs of my house got flooded by recent rainfall 😱so a lots of cleaning up too) and therefore I am a little bit slow on Chopstick Chronicles.
