Now on to the recipe, this delicious plant-based plate was inspired by sushi pizza (which is neither sushi nor pizza!), but a North American mash up nonetheless. I wanted all the flavour, all the texture, all the fun, using ingredients I know and love, that I know my body knows and loves too! Umami Rice Stacks with Vegan Caviar came to me in a quick burst of genius and I'm so thrilled to share them with you. Let me know what you think!
