Crispy breaded chicken might be the ultimate comfort food.
One of my favorite places I ever tried it is Japan, where it's called chicken katsu. It is DELICIOUS, and you can easily bake it at home! See this fast, easy recipe in this week's video.

Chicken that's pounded thin, then coated with panko breadcrumbs, it's crispy outside and juicy inside. Traditionally it's deep fried, but I am loving this oven baked version!
