Please read below for further details. | | Recommendations for improvement to the ROGI were put forward from Industry and HSE. The current software utilised means that not all suggested changes are possible. It is our intention to update this form to an online reporting format. We are not able to commit to a date when this will be complete. The ROGI template is available to download here. Please utilise this new version as soon as is feasible. - Update generic email reporting account to OMAR.reporting@hse.gov.uk
- Change to section 1.0 Guidance regarding who should use the ROGI form
- Additional text added relating to Lord Cullen Recommendations regarding HCR reporting
- Provide definition for external and internal waters
- Removal of various boxes where duplication of information was found
- Include incident reference numbers utilised by HSE only, for recording type of incident on our internal system e.g. [OS1]
- Colour code the Mandatory and Voluntary reporting obligations within Part A – Hydrocarbon release data requirements
- Changed the estimated HCR release data to a specified Unit rather than provision of multiple options
- Improve guidance on what constitutes Seven Day Injury reporting
- Added additional data requirement for Occupational Disease reporting
- Added guidance relating to reporting obligations relating to radiation incidents
- New RIDDOR reporting section specific to diving incident reporting
