You know I'm a huge fan of tofu -- it's a versatile, plant-based protein -- but it can get a little boring if you prep it the way way every time.

The tofu is pan-fried, then coated in a sticky, spicy and sweet honey sriracha sauce -- It's delicious on it's own, overtop of rice or with a side of your favorite vegetables.
