Here's your Meal Plan! 😘

Hello again!

I hope this email finds you well, and that you're staying warm wherever you are. We were hit by another winter storm this week, so we're covered in snow again! I'm sipping on a London Fog latte as we speak, trying to stay warm and cozy over here.

If you're looking for some healthy recipe inspiration, I hope you'll find it below. I've been working on updating some old favorites, so make sure you give them a try if you haven't yet! The Peanut Butter Rice Crispy Treats below are such a hit.

Friday: Crispy Baked Tofu. Baked tofu turns out perfectly crispy every time, and is a great source of vegetarian protein. Serve it over salads, in pasta, or with peanut sauce as an appetizer!

Saturday: Day off from cooking! (Leftovers or take-out)
